New Feature
Board View for Strategic Plan: Introduced a dynamic new Board View for the Strategic Plan to enhance visibility. The Board View aims to facilitate collaboration, streamline planning, and improve oversight, allowing stakeholders to monitor strategic initiatives efficiently and make well-informed decisions.
Save Preferred View for Strategic Plan: Users can now select and save their preferred view—either the "Hierarchy" or "Board" view—for the Strategic Plan. Their chosen view will automatically load each time they log into their account, providing a more personalized experience.
Login As Other Users: Administrators with the appropriate permissions can log in as other users to view their account experience. Upon logging out from the other user’s account, the administrator is automatically returned to their account. This feature gives administrators valuable insights into user-specific views and settings, supporting troubleshooting and a seamless user experience.
Enhancements
The system automatically marks strategic action items as complete based on their 100% progress, eliminating the need for a "completed" status option in the strategic framework. This status is already set as a default within the system, streamlining the process and ensuring accurate tracking of completed items.
The design of the pending progress email reminder has been updated to display a table view of all strategic action items in which the user participates.
Fixes
Various bug fixes, UI, and overall performance improvements have been implemented for a smoother user experience.
