  • New Feature - Retire any strategic plan level element (e.g., goal, strategy) during the strategic plan period. The retirement mechanism is hierarchical, requiring all child elements to be retired before the parent. For strategic action items (e.g., initiatives), all items must either conclude during the retirement cycle or be moved to another active strategy. Retired strategic plan level elements are tagged and displayed in the UI.

  • New Feature: Copy strategic action items (e.g., initiatives) to another strategic plan level element (e.g., goal, strategy). This will allow the user to choose all details of strategic action items except progress. The strategic action items can be copied to another strategic plan level element (e.g., strategy) in a different review period within the strategic plan.

  • Enhancement: Introduced new permission to retire the strategic plan level element (e.g., goal, strategy) for the administrative roles.

  • Enhancement: Update the move feature of strategic action items so that strategic action items (e.g., initiatives) can be moved to another strategic plan level element (e.g., strategy) in a different review period within the strategic plan.

  • Enhancement: Add the ASC/DESC on the report columns, which are also saved into the report preferences.

  • Enhancement: Updated the progress reminder email template to include a table view of all strategic action items (e.g., initiatives) that require an update.

  • Enhancement: Conducted a comprehensive WCAG 2.1 AA compliance check for the tool again to ensure it meets accessibility standards. This process involves identifying and fixing any issues related to accessibility, such as improving keyboard navigation, enhancing screen reader compatibility, and ensuring sufficient color contrast.

  • Enhancement - Implementing Open Graph (OG) tags to ensure that proper descriptions, titles, and images appear when links are shared on social media platforms and other websites. This enhancement will improve the appearance and relevance of shared content, making it more engaging and informative for users. By adding OG tags, we aim to enhance the visibility and appeal of shared links, ultimately driving more traffic and interaction.

  • Fixes: Various bug fixes and general improvements have been implemented.
