• New Feature: Store completion threshold percentage values according to the progress tracking period in the strategic plan. These thresholds are then utilized to calculate the new percentage completion of the strategic plan level, considering overall targets and review period targets. These thresholds will help define the intensity on the heatmap.

• New Feature: Revamp the dashboard layout to accommodate new widgets and enhance the visualization of existing ones.

  • A call-to-action button has been added to the dashboard for direct access to the "My Actionable Items" page.

  • A new widget shows tracked daily active sessions for individual users within each organization.

  • A new widget for labels/sub-labels has been added to the dashboard. Users can select labels via a dropdown menu at the top right, with sub-labels displayed below, showing the total actionable items and the average completion percentage for each item. The dataset includes all child entities of the selected organizational entity.

  • New widgets have been added to the dashboard for single-year and multi-year actionable items, as well as progress percentages per review period.

  • The heatmap has been enhanced with a hover effect on cells to highlight both the corresponding row and column, improving the overall user experience.

  • Heatmap visualization improvements have been made for nested organizational entities.

  • Color coding for the heatmap has been implemented based on the threshold levels defined in the strategic plan:

    • Grey: Threshold percentage values not provided or there is no actionable item.

    • Blue: Strategic plan level (e.g., strategy, goal) is 100% completed.

    • Red: The strategic plan level is below the threshold value for a provided progress tracking period. The heat is drawn with color variations based on the delta between the progress achieved and the threshold percentage value.

    • Green: The strategic plan level is above the threshold value for a provided progress tracking period. The heat is drawn with color variations based on the delta between the progress achieved and the threshold percentage value.

  • The actionable item breakdown by status and organization participation widget has been enhanced with new charts.

• Bug fix: If there are numerous progress tracking options available, a design update is needed for the progress breakdown table on the progress tab.

• Bug Fix: When only a few columns are selected on the report table, the auto-size feature for column width does not function properly when additional columns are selected.

• Bug Fix: On the dashboard, the "All Actionable Item" widget is now getting filtered per the strategic plan.

• Fixes: Various bug fixes and general improvements have been implemented.
