Enhancements

  • New Review Period Target Estimate UI with Donut Chart: A new user interface allows users to set targets per review period and visualize them with a donut chart. This enhancement provides a clearer representation of targets per review period and ensures that the sum of all review period targets matches the overall target for a strategic action item. A new call-to-action button makes it easier to distribute the overall target equally across review periods, reducing manual effort. Additionally, updated hint text offers clearer guidance, including an example, to help users configure review period targets effectively.

  • New Column in Strategic Plan Report: A new column for Strategic Action Item Comments has been added to the Strategic Plan Report. This column consolidates all user comments made during progress updates and discussions, improving transparency and communication. To maintain readability, comments are semicolon-separated, ensuring a structured format for reviewing feedback.

  • Gold Report Icon Added to Strategic Plan Report: A gold report icon has been added to the Strategic Plan Report screen, making it easier for users to identify and access PDF reports.

  • Actionable Item Copy & Move Restrictions: To maintain data integrity, copying or moving actionable items is now prohibited in past review periods. Users can only perform these actions within the current review cycle, ensuring historical data remains unchanged while still allowing flexibility for ongoing adjustments.

  • SSO Login Last Login Update: The system now updates the last login date whenever a user logs in via Single Sign-On (SSO). This ensures that login activity is accurately recorded, providing better tracking of user engagement and security compliance.

  • Progress Tracking Per Review Period Enabled by Default: The progress tracking feature is now enabled by default for all organizations. This change allows for more granular data collection, ensuring that progress is monitored consistently across different timeframes. By having this feature turned on by default, users can maintain a structured approach to tracking strategic action items without needing additional configuration.

  • Real-Time Comment Count Updates: The comment count for strategic action items now updates dynamically when comments are added or deleted. Previously, users had to refresh the page to see accurate comment numbers, but with this improvement, the system automatically reflects changes in real-time, enhancing visibility and collaboration.

  • Strategic Framework Updates in Real Time: The strategic framework now updates instantly whenever values are modified. This real-time synchronization eliminates delays, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest information. Additionally, a new single API endpoint has been introduced to handle both the creation and updates of the strategic framework and its related settings, simplifying backend processes and improving system performance.

  • Improved Strategic Action Item Table View: The strategic plan table view has been updated with improved sorting for labels to enhance clarity.

  • Hidden Watchlist Dropdown When No Wish List Exists: If no watchlist items are available, the watchlist selection dropdown is now automatically hidden. This update reduces unnecessary UI elements, providing a cleaner and more streamlined experience for users.

  • New Blank State for Dashboard: A blank state screen has been introduced for the dashboard when no strategic plans are available. Instead of displaying an empty or confusing interface, the system now provides a clear and informative message, guiding users on the next steps they can take.
