Edit Permission for Strategic Action Items Within RACI Added a dedicated edit permission that can be assigned to any RACI role. Users with this permission can now edit Strategic Action Items directly from both the Strategic Plan and Workspace screens.

Updated Delete Permission Logic for Strategic Action Items The deletion rules for Strategic Action Items have been updated so that any RACI role granted delete permissions can remove an item regardless of role hierarchy. This ensures consistent and reliable permission behavior across the platform.
