  • Copy Initiative to Future Review Period - Users can now duplicate a Strategic Action Item (Initiative) into a future review period. This enables seamless continuity for multi-cycle initiatives without manual re-creation, supporting rolling strategic plans and long-term execution alignment.

✨ Enhancements

  • WCAG 2.1 AA Compliance - All application screens have been retested and validated for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. Accessibility documentation and testing reports are available upon request.

  • Accurate 0% Progress Display - When 0% progress is entered for any review period, the UI now correctly reflects 0% in both numeric display and progress bar visualization.

  • Percentage-Based Measurement Defaults to 100% Target - When selecting β€œPercentage” as the measurement type for a Strategic Action Item (Initiative), the target automatically defaults to 100%.

  • Improved Progress Update Experience - The Progress Updates screen has been redesigned to remove ambiguity between:

    • Overall initiative target progress

    • Review period target progress

    Users now:

    • Always enter progress toward the overall target

    • See visual bar charts for both overall progress and review period progress

  • Immediate Enablement of Next Review Period - After submitting a progress update, the next review period becomes available immediately - no page refresh required.

  • Automated Progress Reminders - Reminder emails are now sent:

    • 7 days before due date

    • 5 days before due date

    • 3 days before due date

    • 1 day before due date

    No reminders are sent for locked strategic plans.

  • Organization Entity-Based Initiative Visibility Restrictions Users who:

    • Are not part of the organization entity where an Strategic Action Item (Initiative) is created, AND

    • Are not invited participants

    Will:

    • Not see the Strategic Action Item (Initiative) in listings

    • Receive an unauthorized access screen if accessing via direct link

  • Direct Strategic Action Item (Initiative) Access from My Workspace - Initiatives can now be opened directly by clicking their title from the My Workspace screen.

  • Initiative Move Restrictions for Closed Review Periods - The β€œMove” CTA within the initiative modal is disabled for past review periods. A contextual message clarifies that initiatives cannot be moved once the review cycle has closed.

  • Strategic Plan Navigation Enhancement - A direct link to Strategic Plan has been added under the Settings menu in the main navigation.

  • Legacy Initiative UI Deprecated - The previous Strategic Action Item (Initiative) interface has been officially deprecated in favor of the updated, streamlined experience.
