• New Feature: We have introduced a new documentation platform that empowers users to efficiently locate specific information within the help guide. Users can either perform searches or utilize AI prompts to facilitate their quest for relevant content. You can access this documentation platform at docs.visionsync.com.

  Furthermore, our product release document has been updated to an online version that is fully searchable. You can find this at release.visionsync.com, ensuring easy access to the latest product release details.

• New Feature: The "Launch Tour" play icon in the navigation bar is now accessible to users, allowing them to revisit any screen's know-how, even if they have previously viewed it.

• Enhancement: The SSO login process will no longer require users to enter their email address, streamlining the login experience by removing an extra step. When users click on "Sign In as SSO," they will be seamlessly redirected to their organization's SSO page.

• Enhancement: The dashboard's heatmap has been enhanced to incorporate the hierarchical parent-child relationships of the organizational structure. Furthermore, it now adheres to WCAG 2.1 AA keyboard accessibility guidelines, ensuring a more inclusive user experience. Additionally, the interactions within the heatmap tiles have been designed to seamlessly redirect users to the relevant data on the "build plan" screen.

• Enhancement: We have updated the product tour to be user-specific, tailoring it to each individual based on whether they have previously viewed it. Once a user has gone through the product tour, it will no longer reset. This modification guarantees that product tours are customized to user preferences and eliminates any potential screen interruptions.

• Enhancement: Invitation emails are now directed to the pending invitation list instead of the strategic action items page.

• Enhancement: The product has been rebranded as VisionSync, a name that reflects its central role in aligning and synchronizing strategic planning efforts within an organization.

• Enhancement: More UI improvements have been implemented aimed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA (not 100%, it's an ongoing process) and to elevate the overall user experience. The focus of these updates was keyboard accessibility.
